I have setup OpenHands Agent Canvas to manage my agents but I am particularly interested in setting up multiple “agent backend”, agents running in containers on VMs / all the homelab/cloud infrastructure that I have.
3D printed these bookmarks for my wife. I painted the eyes of the right one. Left one was printed with black and white filament (one time filament switch) so it looks cleaner than the other one.
I’ve set up my ESP32-based desk voice assistant. This post is being written by the same voice assistant. Here’s the ESP32 hardware post I shared earlier.
Today I set up this small 3D printed pegboard and a few accessories on the side of my coffee table.
Saturday morning at Cubbon Park
Planning to repurpose my old Ender3 V2 into a plotter over this weekend.
Installed Ubuntu on my MacBook Air (2017 model) and it’s now up in my homelab setup
Looks like I can’t add a MacOS machine that I was trying to revive as a server on Coolify.
Planning to setup Ubuntu on it tonight. Already rsynced a small backup (it’s some 6 years old data which I never worried about but still)
Trying to revive and setup my old 2017 MacBook Air (8 GB RAM, 1.8GHz dual-core Intel Core i5, Turbo Boost up to 2.9GHz) for my homelab compute.
This will now be my 5th home machine after 3 RPis and 1 old gaming laptop that I already use. I have 2 cloud instances too, Oracle in Hyderabad and OVHCloud in Singapore.

I have been working on letting my Hermes Agents connect to my Minecraft world and play.
Now that I have Jev access, I am hooking it up in my agent.
I’m building a personal voice agent on ESP32-based hardware that acts as a thin mic and speaker layer.
On the agent side, I’m experimenting with a quorum-based orchestration for common agent tools that I have.
I call FunctionGemma, LFM2.5 and Needle 2 concurrently with the transcript. If they reach a quorum on a tool call, the tool is invoked locally in under 100ms. Otherwise it’s offloaded to my Hermes Agent to make the call.
When you feel that you have so little to write about something but once you actually get into the act of writing, you realize you have so much to write. Thoughts build, you feel connections forming.
Usually that’s my advice to people when they say that they don’t have anything to write about. Pick a topic, get into the act of writing.
Got this ESP32-S3-BOX-3. I have an overload of ideas now to build with this.
Set up a cron on my Hermes Agent to check my train booking’s PNR status and post on my Mattermost.
Visited Charminar yesterday.

This beautiful tree from a nearby park
Look Around by RHCP goes right into their signature RHCP drums, bass line & guitar licks right from the start.
For the last few days, during my post dinner walks around a nearby park, I have been using my hermes agent to create a repository of job postings for myself, managing my self-hosted stuff and deploying new things.

Set up this micro blog where I can quickly do short form posts from my phone.
I have a self-hosted Mattermost that I am using with my hermes agent. I am using the same for my microblogging workflow from my phone
