A keychain-sized checklist with sliding checkboxes that click into place. There is a paper strip that you can slide between the frame so you can pull it out and rewrite it.
The top and bottom frame assembly is a little loose so it gets dismantled easily if you flip it around. For that I have put a thin transparent tape along the edges on one side.
